Why a blog, separate from Resources
Our Resources hub is the evergreen reference — how retrieval and citation actually work, written once and kept accurate. This blog is the opposite: dated, specific, and tied to what's actually happening — new features shipping, patterns we're seeing across the workspaces we track, and updates on how the major answer engines are changing week to week.
What we'll write about
Expect three kinds of posts here: product announcements (new engines we track, new report sections, API changes); observations from the data (which content formats are actually getting cited more, which industries have the widest citation gaps); and occasional commentary on how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews are evolving their citation behavior.
One rule we hold ourselves to
Every claim on this blog is something we can point to — a change we shipped, a pattern in our own tracked data, or a publicly documented change from an AI provider. If we're speculating, we'll say so plainly.
